Service scope
SaveHub is a free web tool that inspects a source link and, when compatible streams are available, prepares audio or video for download.
- SaveHub does not operate or own the source platforms and does not host a searchable catalogue of their content.
- Supported platforms, formats and qualities depend on the source and may change without notice.
- Reasonable daily limits, queue controls and security checks may apply to protect shared capacity.
Your content rights
You decide which source link to submit and are responsible for having a lawful basis to download or convert that material.
- Use content you created, public-domain material, or media you have permission or a valid legal right to use.
- Respect copyright, creator rights, local law and the access rules of the source platform.
- SaveHub does not transfer ownership of source content or grant licences on behalf of a rights holder.
Prohibited use
Do not use SaveHub to break the law, harm the service, or interfere with another person’s rights.
- Do not bypass paywalls, access controls, account protections, security checks or technical restrictions.
- Do not automate abusive traffic, evade quotas, probe infrastructure, distribute malware or disrupt the service.
- Do not use outputs for unlawful redistribution, impersonation, harassment, fraud or other harmful activity.
Temporary files and fair-use limits
Completed files are provided as a temporary delivery convenience, not as permanent cloud storage.
- Converted files are scheduled for automatic removal after 6 hours; download the result promptly.
- A download link should be treated as private but is accessible to anyone who receives it, so do not share it carelessly.
- Limits and queue priority may be adjusted to maintain reliability, prevent abuse and keep access fair.
External sources and services
A conversion request depends on the source platform, network providers and technical services outside SaveHub’s control.
- A source may remove media, change its streams, require authentication, restrict a region or block automated access.
- Platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
- You must also comply with any terms that apply to the source material or platform you use.
Availability and changes to the service
SaveHub may update, limit, suspend or discontinue a feature when needed for maintenance, security, capacity or legal compliance.
- We do not promise that every link will work or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Output quality, metadata and processing time depend on the source stream and current system load.
- Keep your own copy of important files; SaveHub is not a backup or archival service.
Warranties and responsibility
SaveHub is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- You are responsible for the links you submit, the rights to the content and how you use downloaded results.
- SaveHub is not responsible for source-platform actions, lost temporary files, incompatible streams or indirect losses caused by service interruption.
- Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Enforcement, updates and contact
We may block or restrict requests that appear abusive, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with these terms.
- Material updates are published on this page with a revised update date.
- Continuing to use SaveHub after an update means the revised terms apply to later requests.
- Contact support if you have a question about these terms, copyright or an access restriction.
