When you use the converter, SaveHub receives the information required to inspect, queue and deliver that request.

• The submitted source URL, detected platform, selected format and quality, and source metadata such as title, duration or thumbnail.
• Technical request data such as IP address, country estimate, user agent, referrer, session identifier and request timestamps.
• Conversion status, progress, errors, generated file details and security or quota events.

Request data is used to provide the feature you selected and operate SaveHub reliably.

• Inspect the source, choose compatible streams, perform conversion and make the result available for download.
• Maintain progress, prevent duplicate jobs, enforce daily and short-term limits, and verify Turnstile security tokens.
• Diagnose failures, measure capacity, protect infrastructure and respond to support or legal requests.

SaveHub uses essential browser storage rather than advertising profiles.

• A secure session cookie keeps request state and security protections consistent between page loads.
• Local storage may keep converter preferences, theme choices and recent download references on your device.
• Blocking essential storage may break settings, security checks or conversion progress; SaveHub does not set behavioural advertising cookies.

Media is processed only to fulfil the requested conversion and deliver its result.

• Completed files and intermediate media are temporary and scheduled for removal after 6 hours.
• Download links are not intended for public indexing, but anyone with the unique link may be able to access the file.
• Do not submit private or sensitive media, and download the result before the retention period expires.

SaveHub relies on third parties needed to deliver and protect the service; processing is not entirely internal.

• Cloudflare may process network and browser signals for CDN, security and Turnstile verification.
• Hosting, network and source-platform services or APIs may receive the source request and ordinary connection data under their own policies.
• SaveHub does not sell or rent personal data; information may be disclosed when necessary to provide the service, protect it or comply with law.

Different records are kept only for the period reasonably needed for delivery, security, troubleshooting and legal obligations.

• Security, quota, status and diagnostic records may outlive a converted file so abuse and failures can be investigated.
• We use HTTPS, access restrictions and hashing where appropriate, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
• Access to operational data is limited to service administration and authorised support or maintenance needs.

You can limit what is stored in your browser and contact us about data associated with a request.

• You may clear cookies, local storage and local history; doing so can reset preferences but does not necessarily reset security quotas.
• Avoid submitting a source URL if you do not want the required technical data processed.
• Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion where we can reasonably identify the relevant record.

We may revise this policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change.

• The latest revision date appears at the top and bottom of this page.
• New processing that materially changes this policy will be described in an updated version.
• Contact support with a privacy question or request and include enough non-sensitive detail to locate the relevant conversion.
